All information contained on the Day Strike Trading website is compiled for the convenience and use of the site's visitors and subscribers. It is provided without responsibility for its accuracy. Any site visitor or subscriber having access to information contained within this website is under the strict condition that any errors or omissions shall not provide the basis of any claim, demand, or cause of action against Day Strike Trading or anyone affiliated therewith.

Section 02 — Trade Signals

Performance relied upon by Day Strike Trading is intended solely for educational and demonstration purposes only. Certain aspects of Day Strike Trading results are based upon hypothetical trading performance information, performed on a simulated account without any consideration for commissions or slippage. With respect to such performance, please note the following:

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations, unlike an actual performance record. Simulated results do not represent actual trading. Since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as a lack of liquidity. Simulated programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Trading signal services on futures, stocks, forex, and options contracts are speculative, and no guarantee is given that past, present, or future signals will provide profits to traders. Speculative by nature may mean that the signals will indeed cause the trader to incur losses. No independent verification has been made, nor do we guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Opinions expressed are subject to change without notice. Section 04 — Live Trading and Training Room

All signals and trading opportunities disclosed to visitors or subscribers within the Live Trading Room are for educational and demonstration purposes only. Day Strike Trading takes no responsibility for any participation by visitors or subscribers in the futures, stocks, forex, and options markets, nor for any profits or losses incurred. All live trading demonstrations are presented on simulated trading accounts without consideration for commissions or slippage.

Section 05 — Participation

Trading in forex, futures, stocks, and options involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Never risk more than 2% of your account on any trade. Do your own diligence and consult a financial adviser prior to making any trading decisions. Day Strike Trading is not a registered financial adviser nor a licensed Commodity Trading Adviser.

Section 06 — Subscription Agreement

Subscribers to the Day Strike Trading website agree to pay a monthly fee in accordance with the site's Terms of Use. No registered subscriber may copy, sell, reproduce, transmit, or publicly display any information or materials related to Day Strike Trading.

Subscriptions are solely for the fee payer and may not be transferred or shared. The subscriber will be liable for any third-party access facilitated by the subscriber.

Section 07 — Purchases and Refunds

Day Strike Trading offers individual digital products and subscription-based services. All purchases are final. No physical products are shipped; all access is digital.

Subscription billing begins immediately upon signup and renews automatically. By subscribing, you authorize Day Strike Trading (or its payment processor) to store and process your payment information.

If payment fails for any reason, your access may be terminated immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and active.

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction or failure to cancel prior to renewal.

Section 08 — Cancellations

You may cancel recurring monthly memberships from your account: sign in, open Account, then use the Membership & billing settings link to cancel or update your card.

You may also cancel by email to info@daystriketrading.com. A confirmation of receipt is required for email requests. Phone, chat, or other forms of communication are not accepted for cancellation.

Cancellation results in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of all associated data and content. No data can be recovered once an account is cancelled.

Section 09 — Educational Services

Access to educational content and proprietary materials is non-refundable once granted. Issuing a refund after access would violate Day Strike Trading's intellectual property rights.

Section 10 — Termination

Day Strike Trading reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for violation of Terms or non-payment. No refunds will be issued.

Section 11 — Risk Disclosure

Trading involves risk. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Hypothetical trading results have inherent limitations. Simulated results do not reflect actual trading. No guarantee is made that any account will achieve similar results.

Section 12 — Self-Service Cancellation

Active monthly subscriptions may be cancelled from your member dashboard billing area or by emailing info@daystriketrading.com. Cancellation stops future billing; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Section 13 — Lifetime & One-Time Purchases

Lifetime and other one-time product fees are non-refundable once access to digital materials or license activation has been granted, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling a recurring add-on (for example live room monthly) does not entitle you to a refund of prior lifetime payments.

Section 14 — Bundled Live Room Access

Some plans include live room access for a fixed number of months (for example with lifetime Futures or bundle products). That access is promotional and time-limited; it does not convert to a perpetual membership unless you purchase a qualifying ongoing plan. When included access expires, live room and hub access may be removed automatically.

Section 15 — Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback after receiving digital access may result in immediate account suspension and referral to collections or legal action where permitted. We may submit transaction records, access logs, and IP data to payment processors to respond to disputes.
