Day Strike Trading Bootcamp — Official Contest Rules
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Sponsor
Day Strike Trading ("Sponsor"), Florida, USA. Contact: info@daystriketrading.com | 786-461-4235.
2. Eligibility
The Bootcamp Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring participation is legal in their jurisdiction.
3. Entry Period
The Competition takes place during the scheduled multi-day Day Strike Trading Bootcamp. Specific dates will be announced to registered participants. Registration closes at the date and time announced for the applicable Bootcamp.
4. How to Enter
Register for the Bootcamp at https://www.daystriketrading.com/bootcamp with a valid name, email, and phone number. Registration is free. To be eligible to win, a participant must: attend and complete all scheduled Bootcamp sessions during the Competition Period; complete the required hands-on trading exercise(s) as instructed during the Bootcamp; and remain in good standing and follow all Bootcamp instructions and conduct guidelines.
5. Winner Selection — Skill-Based Judging
This is a competition of skill. One (1) first-place winner will be selected based on the following judging criteria, evaluated by Sponsor at Sponsor's reasonable discretion:
- Completion of all Bootcamp sessions and the required trading exercise (threshold requirement);
- Execution and application of the concepts taught (how well the participant followed the taught framework); and
- Discipline and process demonstrated during the hands-on exercise (adherence to plan, risk management, and instruction — not simply the largest simulated gain).
Judging emphasizes disciplined application of what is taught, not raw profit or luck. Winner selection is made by the Sponsor as sole judge. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will designate an additional tie-breaking exercise judged on the same criteria. The decision of the Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to this Competition.
6. Prize
One (1) first-place prize consisting of: $500 USD; and Lifetime access to the Day Strike Trading Futures product (approximate retail value: $2,497). Total approximate retail value (ARV) of prize: $2,997. The prize is awarded to one (1) winner only. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash except as expressly stated.
7. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Because the total prize value exceeds $600, the winner will be required to complete and submit a Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 as required by law. Failure to provide a completed W-9 within the required time may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email and/or phone number provided at registration within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the Competition Period. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within five (5) days, or does not meet all eligibility requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner based on the judging criteria.
9. Testimonials and Publicity (Voluntary)
Providing a testimonial or review is entirely voluntary and is NOT a condition of entering, winning, or claiming any prize. Separately from this Competition, Sponsor may invite participants to share their honest experience. Any testimonial used will reflect the participant's genuine experience, will be used only with the participant's consent, and any material connection (such as the person being a prize winner or member) will be clearly disclosed. Testimonials are not representative of all participants and are not a guarantee of results.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Competition.
11. Disclaimers

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
